Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, coordinating Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. You will align product, engineering, and security teams toward measurable business outcomes, while managing budgets, milestones, and risk across a dynamic technology portfolio.

You will lead multiple teams, drive governance, and ensure on-time delivery with a focus on quality, security, and compliance within a fast-paced enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive technology delivery or project management experience.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, phase-gate, or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern PM tools; PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP or similar preferred.
• Experience with client-facing deliverables and external vendors is preferred.
• Experience in digital transformation or modernizing legacy platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for technology projects from inception to stabilization.
• Develop integrated delivery plans with milestones, budgets, and KPIs; set realistic timelines.
• Lead cross-functional planning across Product, Analysis, QA, Engineering, Data, Security, and Operations.
• Provide delivery leadership to Analysts and QA; manage priorities and remove blockers.
• Coordinate roadmaps, scope, capacity forecasts, and release criteria with stakeholders.
