Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead within the Technical Delivery organization to drive execution across multiple strategic technology programs. You will provide planning, implementation, and closure leadership while delivering executive-ready visibility to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in technology project delivery, strong communication skills, and experience with AI tools and delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years of experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience in technology project or program delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial literacy to manage project budgets.
• Strong executive-facing communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools and LLMs to improve delivery quality and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Cloud modernization or enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• JIRA/Smartsheet/Confluence/Azure DevOps delivery tools preferred.
• PM/SAFe or equivalent delivery certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-the-ground execution owner for strategic technology programs.
• Plan, implement, and close initiatives with executive-visible delivery status.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Maintain executive-ready status decks and memos.
