Job summary

Deltek is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal team to draft, review, and negotiate technology licensing and related agreements. The attorney will advise on government contracting issues and data privacy while supporting Sales and Customer Success teams.

The candidate should have 3+ years of relevant in-house or law firm experience with SaaS, enterprise software, or GovCon contracts, and a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to risk.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology/licensing agreements.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security obligations for Government Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology/licensing agreements for the business.
