• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field required; MBA is a plus.
• 8–10+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, digital transformation, or related services.
• Experience supporting private equity clients and leading complex technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology advisory engagements and act as trusted client advisor.
• Develop technology strategies, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee IT due diligence, M&A integration, and IT strategy for private equity work.
• Manage project delivery, risk, budgeting, and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor consulting staff and support business development initiatives.
