Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Technology Advisory Consulting Senior Manager in the United States to lead complex technology engagements and act as a trusted advisor to private equity clients. The role focuses on technology strategy, IT transformation, and executive-level client leadership while growing the consulting practice.

You will shape roadmaps, oversee IT due diligence and M&A integration, and guide governance, cloud strategy, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or business administration required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years in technology consulting or IT advisory.
• Experience supporting private equity clients and leading complex tech initiatives.
• Strong IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud and data analytics knowledge.
• Proven leadership, client relationship management and business development experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Hybrid or remote work arrangement; 25–50% travel.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, COBIT, CISSP, AWS, Azure) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders and clients
• Lead and oversee multiple complex client engagements
• Develop technology strategies, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps
• Manage project delivery, risk mitigation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
• Lead IT due diligence and M&A integration engagements for private equity clients
• Support business development, proposal efforts, and practice growth initiatives
• Mentor and develop consulting team members
• Present findings and executive updates to leadership teams
• Stay current on emerging technologies, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and digital transformation trends
