Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Director of Target & Coverage Analytics to own and optimize revenue planning across Americas. You will manage the model, analyze driver-level components, and develop scenarios to support planning milestones.

You will lead a team, partner with Finance and Sales Operations, and translate complex data into actionable guidance. The role emphasizes building coverage design, capacity modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive accurate targets and scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative or business field.
10+ years in sales planning analytics, sales operations, or related finance/consulting roles with 3+ years leading analytical teams.
Experience owning an annual target-setting or quota design cycle in a large sales organization.
Expert financial and operational modeling.
Strong SQL and data fluency.
Fluency in sales coverage design and quota setting.

Responsibilities

Own the model that carries the approved revenue number to segment, geography, route, team and seller quota.
Build driver-level view behind the plan for retention, expansion, new customer acquisition, price and product mix.
Produce scenarios and sensitivities for planning milestones.
Explain variance between plan, prior year, and forecast.
Test top-down targets against bottom-up capacity and surface gaps early.
Model coverage economics for each route and justify headcount and cost.
Design coverage from measured account potential for each seller.
Lead capacity analytics and productivity modeling.
