Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Therapeutic Area Manager (TAM) for Breast/Lung Pan Tumor to cover the Nevada, Utah, Colorado ecosystem. The role focuses on understanding HCP needs, driving end-to-end customer experiences, and aligning with national strategy to improve patient outcomes.

The TAM will coordinate with account leaders, educate on product information and reimbursement, and identify opportunities across ecosystems. Field-based with travel; preference for Colorado and Wyoming residents.

Qualifications

• Business, scientific or clinical degree at minimum
• 6+ years in a sales role engaging with healthcare providers
• Demonstrated ability to coach, train and mentor peers to meet goals

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers in the therapeutic area and drive ecosystem strategies at point of care.
• Lead end-to-end experience for assigned customers/accounts and influence clinical and non-clinical decisions.
• Represent Genentech products ethically and professionally, following approved materials.
• Ensure product access and education on product information, reimbursement resources, and triage to experts when needed.
