Job summary

Biogen is seeking a seasoned Talent Sourcing professional to lead multi-channel recruitment for Commercial functions in the United States. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into sourcing strategies and provide data-driven insights to influence talent decisions.

In this management role you will build proactive pipelines, manage candidate assessments, and drive improvements in tools, processes, and reporting to enhance the candidate and hiring leader

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sourcing/recruiting in agency, executive search, or corporate settings.
• Experience with direct sourcing, market intelligence, and candidate development.
• Proven ability to influence hiring decisions using data and insights.
• Strong stakeholder management with clear communication and cadence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-prong sourcing strategies across talent segments.
• Build active pipelines aligned to skills gaps and forecasted demand.
• Partner with Recruiting Partners, HRBPs, and leaders on intake and approach.
• Produce market/talent intelligence and regular pipeline performance reports.
• Prepare candidate slates, interview thoroughly, and provide calibrated assessments.
• Drive process improvements and adopt new tools to raise quality and speed.
• Lead conference and event strategy; track outcomes and share learnings.
• Represent Biogen at meetings, career fairs, and diversity events.
