Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist for onsite work in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on proactively identifying and filling diverse, critical roles across technology and operations for U.S. military bases.

You will build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to ensure timely, compliant hires. Strong sourcing tools fluency and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent sourcing and recruiting.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Clearance Jobs.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred).
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive and active candidates using advanced search techniques and market research.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for roles across technical, professional, and skilled categories.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align sourcing strategies with priorities.
• Conduct initial outreach, screening, and qualification; report on requisitions.
• Maintain candidate records and sourcing activity in iCIMS.
• Support workforce readiness and pre-contract pipeline initiatives.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through professional communication.
