Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist for an onsite role in Huntsville, AL. The candidate will proactively identify and fill a range of technical and operations-based roles for U.S.

military bases, building strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to ensure timely, compliant hiring outcomes. The role requires 3–5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience, high school diploma, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
3–5 years of experience in talent sourcing and recruiting.
Demonstrated success engaging passive candidates.
Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Clearance Jobs.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred).
U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Proactively source passive and active candidates using advanced search techniques and market research.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for new and recurring roles across technical, professional, and skilled labor categories.
Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and key Business Partners to align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities.
Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification; timely reporting on all requisitions.
Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity in iCIMS.
Support workforce readiness and pre-contract pipeline initiatives.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through professional communication.
