Hanwha Q CELLS in Cartersville, GA is seeking a Recruiter (Talent Sourcer) to proactively identify and engage engineering professionals and leadership talent to support our long-term manufacturing strategy. This role emphasizes strategic sourcing, industry networking, competitive intelligence, and building sustainable pipelines for critical roles across the Manufacturing Group.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or executive search.
Proven experience sourcing engineers, technical professionals, or critical talent.
Ability to reach passive candidates via cold outreach and networking.
Translate business needs into effective sourcing activities.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple pipelines and travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Sourcing & Talent Mapping aligned with manufacturing objectives.
Identify and source qualified engineers, technicians, and leadership for critical roles.
Conduct market research and map potential candidates from competitors and tech firms.
Build and maintain pipelines for current and anticipated needs.
Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers on sourcing plans.
Candidate Engagement & Direct Recruiting via cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals.
Develop personalized outreach to engage passive candidates.
Assess fit and potential for organizational needs during conversations.
Coordinate introductions to hiring managers and recruiting teams.
