Shaker Recruitment Marketing in Oak Park, IL, seeks an Account Executive to manage daily client service and drive solutions across campaigns. You’ll listen to client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate billing and reporting while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

This role supports Sales, Project Management and requires scheduling in-office days Tuesdays and Wednesdays as part of a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Daily management of existing clients, listening to needs and delivering solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Create orders and manage final billing with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with FileMaker, MS Office Suite, Excel and LinkedIn.

Responsabilités

• Manage client projects and maintain logs.
• Act as liaison between client management and internal departments.
• Juggle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Meet in-office days Tuesdays and Wednesdays as required.
• Maintain strong client interaction skills in person and via phone.
• Support campaign planning and data organization using MS Office/LinkedIn.
