Job summary

Qualifications

• One+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing.
• Experience with ATS and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage the recruiting process for multiple client orders.
• Qualify candidates, conduct interviews, and coach for roles.
• Enter data into ATS and monitor progress.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure service quality.
• Understand and adapt to client needs and sell Adecco's services.
