Job summary

Horizon Roofing, Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Recruiter to lead our recruiting strategy and build talent pipelines across the company. You will work with leadership to understand talent needs and develop proactive sourcing approaches that attract top candidates.

In this role you will actively search for candidates, build relationships, and establish recruiting processes that scale with our growth, spanning from skilled trades to leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Experience building recruiting strategy and workforce plans to support growth.
• Ability to own recruiting across multiple departments and roles.
• Proven track record of proactive candidate sourcing and building talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting efforts for all positions across Horizon, including skilled trades, field operations, service, sales, and leadership.
• Actively search for candidates and build robust talent pipelines beyond incoming applications.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand talent gaps and craft targeted sourcing strategies.
• Develop and refine recruiting processes to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Recruiter who can help us find, attract, and hire great people across our company.
