Job summary

The Nature Conservancy in the Southern Division is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles, build a robust talent pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to deliver a premier candidate experience.

You will manage sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, and onboarding collaborations while focusing on growth, diversity, and an engaging candidate journey. This role thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for leadership roles (Manager and above).
• Experience reporting to Director/VP level clients.
• Sourcing experience: candidate identification, outreach or development.
• Database management, reporting, data input and analysis experience.
• Confidential document handling and retention experience.
• Experience with global teams and diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for The Nature Conservancy's Southern Division.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines; coordinate with Executive Recruiters for leadership roles.
• Post jobs, screen candidates, conduct pre-screening and phone interviews; manage candidate communications.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and Operations staff to meet talent goals.
• Represent a positive candidate experience and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
