Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Senior Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment for the Marketing and Communications Division. You will shape talent strategy and partner with hiring managers to meet MAC staffing needs.

You will build pipelines, craft postings, manage applicant statuses, conduct pre-screening and interviews, and present candidate slates while guiding managers through onboarding. The role emphasizes a positive candidate experience and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for leadership roles (Manager+).
• Experience recruiting for Marketing and Communications roles.
• Experience reporting to Director & VP level clients.
• Experience in sourcing, including candidate identification and outreach.
• Experience managing high-volume roles across large geography.
• Experience with data reporting, spreadsheets, and analytics.
• Experience handling confidential documents and retention processes.
• Experience with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of potential talent and network to build partnerships.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and manage the recruitment database.
• Recruit and hire across multiple level positions within MAC.
• Post jobs, update applicant statuses, and communicate with applicants via the ATS.
• Conduct pre-screening and phone interviews; schedule interviews.
• Present candidate slates and provide guidance through onboarding.
