You will engage with candidates online and in person, manage ATS workflows, and collaborate with managers to fill roles efficiently while maintaining relationships with clients for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or a related field.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates to fill temporary and direct hire orders.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline to meet client needs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and coach candidates for roles.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS and manage recruitment process workflows.
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates to ensure service excellence.
