Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales-related experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Enjoys working with and being part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, social media and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand client hiring objectives.
• Submit candidates with information to facilitate hiring decisions.
• Guide candidates through the recruiting process and coordinate interviews.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and terms.
• Manage consultants on assignment and redeploy when needed.
