The recruiter will lead sourcing efforts, conduct structured interviews, and ensure compliance while delivering high-quality service to associates and clients.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Source, screen, and present top-quality candidates to hiring managers.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand complex needs and improve service levels.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles.
• Maintain records in Applicant Tracking Systems and track KPI-related activities.
• Redeploy temporary associates and manage relationships with associates and clients.
