• Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting/Skill Marketing: Anticipate local talent market and build a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates; redeploys temporary associates.
• Coaches Associates on skill development and prepares candidates for interviews.
