Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for a range of roles, from temporary to direct-hire, across diverse clients. You will analyze hiring needs, deploy tailored recruiting strategies, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will coach candidates, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure top matches and high-quality service.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Partner with clients to define hiring needs and strategies.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline matching client requirements.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide coaching to candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and manage relationships with associates and clients.
• Administer job postings and utilize recruitment tools and processes.
