Job summary

Quaker Windows & Doors is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across our facilities. You will collaborate with hiring managers, publish openings, and implement creative sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of state and federal HR laws and recruiting regulations.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and related HR platforms.
• Understanding of HR policies, practices and compliance requirements.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and candidate profiles.
• Publish job advertisements for open positions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies using multiple channels.
• Manage the recruitment process using the applicant tracking system.
