Quaker Window Products in Missouri is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to source, attract, evaluate and interview candidates for various positions and levels. You will coordinate each step of the hiring process from recruitment to the first day of employment and work with department managers to understand staffing needs.
You will manage internal and external job postings, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and analyze recruitment data to drive improvements.
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, evaluating, and interviewing qualified candidates for various positions and levels.
No direct management or supervisory responsibilities.
Observe safety and security policies and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment including but not limited to eye and foot protection and report potentially unsafe conditions during visits to the production floor. Follow department-specific safety requirements during prolonged visits to the production floor such as Hearing Protection or Dust Masks.
Approximately <5% travel is required for commuting between the Quaker facilities to meet with employees or to attend recruiting or networking events.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

This role operates in a professional office environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer, phone, printer, and file cabinets. Although the employee will primarily be in an office setting, while performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to visit the factory and be exposed to climactic variations, various levels of vibration, and moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the office is usually low, but hearing protection may be advisable or required for prolonged visits to certain parts of the factory.
