Job summary

You will build pipelines of active and passive candidates, assess fit, and guide them through hiring and onboarding while nurturing long-term client relationships.

You will stay current with market trends, mentor teammates, and ensure data integrity in ATS as you support multiple roles across IT and engineering domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience or a combination equating to six years.
• Experience recruiting for information technology and/or engineering roles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales staff and clients to define strategic hiring needs.
• Develop client-specific and role-specific sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Guide candidates through hiring and onboarding processes.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS and manage candidate records.
