Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct hire roles, building a strong candidate pipeline and maintaining client relationships. The role emphasizes customer service, sales of staffing solutions, and ability to navigate ATS and job boards to fill positions efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year in recruiting, experience with ATS, and familiarity with major job boards.

Qualifications

• One plus years of recruiting experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
• ATS experience.
• Knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates to fill job orders for multiple clients.
• Manage ATS data and candidate pipelines.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate events.
• Qualify candidates and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview prep and coaching.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Price and sell services to clients and understand market dynamics.
