Job summary

The Adecco Group is hiring a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct hire roles across multiple clients. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, deliver outstanding client and candidate service, and contribute to new business development.

You will manage ATS and digital tools, conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates, and collaborate with branch teams on sales, pricing, and performance goals. A plus is familiarity with major job boards and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all candidates that enter the branch, providing information about PDS, offers, job guidance and training.
• Manage PDS website and ATS to monitor the selection process and register candidate status.
• Develop local recruiting resource relationships and coordinate recruiting events.
• Establish a recruitment plan based on the number of workers necessary to achieve the goal.
• Qualify candidates against pre-determined standard requirements.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation.
• Enter and track assignment and/or candidate data in ATS.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients; ensure excellent service.
• Identify a training plan for candidates and temporary employees to improve their employability with the branch's corporate clients.
• Respond to candidate and/or temporary employee inquiries and escalate as necessary.
• Provide coaching and counseling around job performance to associates as necessary.
• General knowledge of the Adecco Group's service portfolio; price and sell services.
• With manager, build and maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share and competition.
• Knowledge of and control over main variables affecting gross margin and financial objectives.
