Job summary

Design Group, part of BW Design Group, is seeking a Talent Program Manager to lead leadership development programs and onboarding initiatives. You will design, execute, and continuously improve talent programs, collaborating with business leaders and People Team to align development with strategic goals.

You’ll manage performance cycles, create materials, and leverage data insights and AI tools to enhance delivery, ensuring readiness for key leadership roles across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent development or related areas.
• Experience designing and leading talent initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Ability to use data, feedback, and insights to improve programs.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution, and improvement of talent programs.
• Collaborate with leaders and People Team to deliver development experiences.
• Manage talent processes and measure program effectiveness.
• Translate business needs into structured learning experiences and milestones.
• Oversee annual performance cycle including reviews and calibrations.
