• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental scans and market research to identify workforce trends and new educational programming.
• Analyze event participation, feedback, and engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
• Develop recommendations for new event offerings, audiences, and delivery formats.
• Partner with program directors to translate workforce intelligence into event concepts.
• Create reports summarizing event outcomes and ROI.
• Lead continuous improvement by using data to modify event content and delivery.
