Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting and HR Business Partnership.
• Experience advising leaders on employee relations, performance & talent management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with sourcing hard-to-fill roles and financial services or regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sourcing for key or hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and workforce plans.
• Oversee job postings, screening criteria, and interview guides.
• Source candidates via multiple channels including networks and community partnerships.
• Coach managers on performance, engagement, and development.
• Maintain recruiting, employee relations, and talent management records.
• Generate workforce reports and analyze trends.
