Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank is seeking an HRRecruiter to partner with business units, attract talent, and ensure compliant and equitable personnel processes. You will manage postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding while maintaining meticulous records and supporting compensation and benefits coordination.

The role requires confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with ATS and employment laws. Telecommuting may be considered for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Two (2) years of experience in a closely related position.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the highest degree of integrity and strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of current local, state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel; familiarity with applicant tracking and talent management systems is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary.
• May be eligible for Telecommuting.

Responsibilities

• Supports the organization’s human capital strategies to attract, retain and reward talent and foster diversity as a partner for business units.
• Networks and conducts recruiting activities to maintain a pipeline of candidates.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with employment laws and state/federal requirements.
• Supports managers with postings, interviews and offers via ATS.
• Advises on onboarding and retention activities and personnel actions.
• Maintains accurate documentation and participates in audits.
• Represents the company at hearings and investigations.
• Collaborates with Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and Employee Development.
