Job summary

Lumentum Operations LLC is seeking a Sr Talent Partner to act as a strategic consultant to business leaders, driving talent acquisition, development, and retention to support growth. This role blends hands-on recruiting with strategic HR partnership.

Responsibilities include partnering with leadership, leading full-cycle recruitment across roles, workforce planning, and employee development while ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment across manufacturing/tech environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years HR experience with focus on talent acquisition and business partnering.
• Experience recruiting for highly technical manufacturing/tech roles is a plus.
• Ability to influence and advise senior leadership on talent matters.
• Strong HR knowledge: best practices, employment law, talent management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with ATS and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategies into talent plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles from entry-level to executive.
• Develop and implement workforce planning, employer branding, candidate experience.
• Advise managers on performance, employee relations, compensation, and development.
• Analyze talent data to inform decisions and measure programs.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
