Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and talent management.

Job Summary**
The Sr Talent Partner at Lumentum Operations LLC acts as a strategic consultant to business leaders, driving talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives to support organizational growth and objectives. This role will involve a blend of hands-on recruitment and strategic HR partnership.
Job Responsibilities**

• Partner with senior leadership to understand business strategies and translate them into actionable talent strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level to executive, utilizing various sourcing channels and innovative recruitment techniques.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, employer branding, and candidate experience initiatives.
• Advise and coach managers on HR best practices, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
• Analyze talent data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of talent programs.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and individual development plans to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Participate in and lead HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for highly technical roles within a manufacturing or technology environment is a significant plus.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior leadership on talent-related matters.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay Range

P50-USA-1 :$97,050.00 - $138,650.00
