You will lead senior leadership collaboration, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent analytics to shape a high-performing team in a dynamic manufacturing/tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience focused on talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
• Experience recruiting for highly technical roles; ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and talent management.

• Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategies into talent plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across roles from entry to executive levels.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning and employer branding.
• Advise managers on HR best practices, performance, and org development.
• Analyze talent data to guide decisions and measure program effectiveness.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead HR-related projects and build strong stakeholder relations.
