Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–8 years in business/HR experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze workforce trends and design talent strategies.
• Experience advising senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders to shape multi-year talent strategy.
• Lead workforce design projects aligned to enterprise principles.
• Design tailored talent solutions and track KPIs.
• Drive adoption of enterprise talent systems and ensure alignment across units.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HR COEs, Technology, Finance and business leaders.
• Advise on high-stakes talent and organizational decisions.
