Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a senior leader in Talent and Organizational Development to shape and deliver our people strategy across multiple locations. You will own budgets, drive performance, and partner with HR leadership to transform talent initiatives at Ford.

You will lead culture change, succession planning, and leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with company-wide direction and legal requirements. This role is hybrid within a global automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years with Master’s degree or 10 years with Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Talent and Organization Development.
• Licenses and Certifications include personality and/or team-building assessments and executive coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent and organization development initiatives across locations, owning budgets, performance and results.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and partners to align people strategy with business direction.
• Shape strategy for HR and talent management programs and oversee rollout of systems and processes.
• Tackle culture transformation, succession planning and org design to find the best business solutions.
• Present progress to teams and work with vendors and auditors to implement plans.
• Create standards and reporting tools to monitor and improve talent programs.
• Coach HR and leaders on talent development, engagement and retention.
• Lead adoption of HR technology and ensure confidentiality of talent data.
• Own hiring, performance management, discipline, pay and team development decisions.
