Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Senior Specialist for Strategic Deployment & Transformation Roadmap. This highly autonomous individual contributor will drive the deployment plan, craft an executive narrative, and secure leadership commitment for the Lean Product Development transformation.

You will engage with Senior Leaders globally, model business cases, and ensure deployment roadmaps align with financial targets and value realization metrics. Hybrid work with onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, financial analysis, large-scale program management, or organizational design.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional presentation skills and data-driven storytelling.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance principles and income statements.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading complex transformation projects across industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversations with Senior Leaders and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate executive reviews and synthesize content for C-suite.
• Design executive presentations translating capabilities into strategy.
• Model business cases including ROI, cost savings, and revenue enablers.
• Track transformation impacts against financial targets.
• Architect cohesive strategic bundles of capabilities and tools.
• Serve as central integration point across global regions for deployment strategy.
