Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
  • 8–10 years of work experience, preferably in Talent and Organization Development or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Leads programs that help employees and the organization grow, including career frameworks, performance management, succession planning, org design, and culture change.
  • Works closely with HR leaders and outside partners to ensure the people strategy supports business direction.
  • Shapes the strategy behind HR and talent management programs and leads rollout of systems and processes.
  • Addresses complex talent and organization development challenges with thoughtful options and risk assessment.
  • Presents progress and recommendations to teams and works with vendors and consultants to implement solutions.
  • Creates standards, processes and reporting tools to keep talent programs running and improve them over time.
  • Leads HR leadership discussions on succession, engagement, inclusion and development across the company.
  • Champions HR technology and talent management systems with IT and vendors to support strategic goals.
  • Ensures talent programs stay current with law and company direction and protects confidential information.
  • As a people manager, owns hiring, performance management, discipline, pay and team development.
