Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. seeks a Manager, Talent and Organization Development in Reading, PA, to lead the enterprise OD project portfolio and partner with senior leaders.

This role builds systems dynamics models, establishes Balanced Scorecard frameworks, and drives ROI through standardized diagnostics and dashboards. 7+ years in PM and OD required; PMP/CSM preferred; on-site presence in Reading, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organization Development, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in both project management and organization development consulting.
• PMP/CSM or equivalent certification.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools and financial and systems dynamics modeling.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for complex, high-visibility organizational initiatives.
• Establish project management standards for OD initiatives, including governance structures and stakeholder engagement.
• Build and maintain centralized project tracking and resource management systems (Smartsheet, SharePoint, AI tools).
• Develop knowledge management hubs and collaboration platforms for the OD team and partners.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and others to ensure alignment.
• Create executive dashboards and real-time status reporting on health, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
• Lead design and implementation of a Balanced Scorecard to measure organizational performance.
