Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in more than one facet of HR.
• SHRM or HRCI Certification(s) preferred.
• Ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven insights.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools; AI literacy beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate department leaders to translate business objectives into HR strategies and assess talent needs.
• Support learning and development initiatives including leadership development and succession planning.
• Coach leaders on performance, development opportunities, and career progression.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends and share insights with business leaders.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to communicate workforce insights and recommendations.
