Job summary

Penske Talent Development is seeking a Senior Consultant, Leadership Development to design, deliver, and evaluate leadership programs across the enterprise. You will collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to drive impact at scale and foster growth of frontline leaders.

The role emphasizes facilitation, learning design, and program evaluation, with travel as needed and a focus on continuous improvement of leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of leadership development program facilitation (virtual and in-person).
• 3+ years of instructional design (virtual and in-person).
• Proficiency with learning tools such as Zoom, Excel, Teams, Adobe Suite, Articulate 360, Oracle LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate leadership programs (asynchronous, virtual, and in-person).
• Use master facilitation skills to tailor experiences and drive growth.
• Handle program management tasks including logistics and administration.
• Collaborate with business partners and SMEs across the enterprise.
• Conduct needs assessments using instructional design and OD frameworks.
