Job summary

Safran S.A. is seeking a Senior Talent Manager to partner with the Director, Talent Development & Acquisition Americas.

You will drive internal mobility, succession planning, and leadership development across the Americas, building pipelines and enabling mobility through programs and forums. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to translate talent strategy into practical programs, provide executive insights, and strengthen workforce readiness and business continuity across Safran

Qualifications

• Experience leading internal mobility, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Ability to partner with HR leaders and business leaders across multiple entities.
• Proven track record translating talent strategy into actionable programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the Americas internal mobility strategy and related processes.
• Build and maintain internal talent pipelines for critical, emerging, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct career and mobility consultations with employees to understand aspirations and development needs.
• Partner with HR leaders, business leaders, and Talent Acquisition teams to identify internal candidates.
• Facilitate mobility discussions, talent forums, and cross-company talent matching.
• Promote awareness of career opportunities, talent programs, and mobility resources.
• Analyze mobility trends and provide recommendations to improve internal movement.
• Coordinate and facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce readiness.
• Own and improve mentorship and leadership development programs across the Americas.
• Deliver talent insights and reporting to support decisions.
