Job summary

The Senior Talent Manager at Safran serves as a strategic partner to the Director, Talent Development & Acquisition Americas, advancing talent development, internal mobility, and succession planning across the Americas region.

This role leads key talent processes and programs, partners with HR and business leaders, and shapes workforce capability initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines and future career growth within Safran's global organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience in talent management, development, or internal mobility.
• Nice to have experience with talent reviews and succession planning.
• Experience working in a matrixed or global organization preferred.
• Aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial sector experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the Americas internal mobility strategy and related processes.
• Build and maintain internal talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Conduct career and mobility consultations with employees.
• Partner with HR leaders to identify internal candidates for open positions.
• Facilitate mobility discussions, talent forums, and cross-company talent matching.
• Promote awareness of career opportunities and mobility resources.
• Analyze mobility trends and provide improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning across the Americas.
• Lead administration and improvement of talent development programs across the Americas.
• Own the Americas Mentorship Program and related activities.
• Coordinate leadership and career development initiatives with Safran University.
