With 5–7 years in talent or OD, you’ll leverage Workday LMS, Canva, and the MS Office suite to create impactful learning experiences and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in talent, learning, or organizational development.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver practical solutions.
