Job summary

Head of Human Resources & Talent in Atlanta, GA, sits as a strategic partner to the CEO during a transformative growth phase. This role leads the HR and Talent function, shaping culture, and building scalable systems to support rapid expansion.

You will design performance metrics, drive leadership development, and partner with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business objectives, across manufacturing, retail, ecommerce, and consumer goods.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR at the senior-most level within an organization.
• Demonstrated success partnering directly with CEOs, founders, or executive leadership teams.
• Strong change management and organizational transformation experience.
• Ability to build systems, processes, and structure in evolving environments.
• Experience creating performance measurement, incentive, and accountability frameworks.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders across multiple functions.
• Private equity, high-growth, acquisition, or transformation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience within manufacturing, retail, ecommerce, consumer products, distribution, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CEO's primary advisor on all people, talent, and organizational matters
• Lead the HR and Talent function across the organization
• Design and implement performance management and KPI-driven accountability systems
• Drive organization-wide change management initiatives
• Partner with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business objectives
• Evaluate, develop, and upgrade talent across key functions
• Build scalable HR processes, programs, and infrastructure to support future growth
• Enhance leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts
• Lead recruiting strategy for critical leadership and high-impact hires
