Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Talent Development Specialist at the Whitehall, MI campus. You will partner with campus leaders and HR to design and deliver high-quality learning and talent development programs that align with business needs and growth strategies.

You will manage talent management activities, succession planning, and leadership coaching while supporting the Center for Change and exploring grant opportunities to fund development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of talent development, learning and development, or HR experience.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning programs for employees and leaders.
• Experience supporting talent management processes (performance, calibration, succession, career development).

Responsibilities

• Partner with campus leaders to identify business priorities and capability gaps and design learning solutions.
• Design, develop, coordinate, schedule, and facilitate learning programs for employees and leaders.
• Develop experiences strengthening technical, leadership, and organizational capabilities at the Whitehall campus.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to align programs with Howmet's growth strategy.
• Support Center for Change operations and external funding opportunities.
