Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. seeks a Talent Development Specialist to design and deliver high-quality learning and talent development programs at the Whitehall campus. You will partner with campus leaders to identify business needs and translate them into effective people-development solutions.

You will lead talent management activities, succession planning, career development, and coaching, while ensuring the Center for Change meets evolving learning and meeting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, business, psychology, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, HR, or organizational development.
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating learning programs for employees and leaders.
• Experience supporting talent management processes such as performance management, calibra­tion, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, coordination, and facilitation of learning and talent development programs.
• Partner with HR and campus leaders to align development with organizational priorities and growth strategy.
• Manage the Center for Change facility to support campus learning, meetings, and collaboration.
• Develop individual development plans and coaching to strengthen succession pipelines.
