Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to partner with campus leaders, HR, managers and employees to design, deliver, and measure high-quality learning and talent development programs at the Whitehall campus.

You will drive learning experiences, leadership coaching, succession planning, employee engagement, and the Center for Change, ensuring programs align with business needs and Howmet's growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, human resources, organizational development, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating learning programs for employees and/or leaders.
• Experience supporting talent management processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, calibration, and career development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with campus leaders to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and capability gaps, and identify appropriate learning and development solutions.
• Design, develop, coordinate, schedule, and facilitate engaging, high-quality learning and development programs for employees and leaders.
• Develop and deliver learning experiences that strengthen technical, professional, leadership, and organizational capabilities across the Whitehall campus.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and use feedback and data to continuously improve programs.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align development programs with organizational priorities and Howmet's growth strategy.
• Partner with HR and campus leadership to facilitate talent management processes, including performance management, calibration, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development planning.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and leaders throughout the talent review process, helping them identify strengths, development opportunities, critical roles, and emerging talent.
