Job summary

Chartis is seeking a Director of Talent Development to lead strategic initiatives for the Professional Services Team, partnering with the AVP and Enterprise Architecture to ensure data-driven talent decisions and organizational effectiveness. The role emphasizes leadership development, coaching, and a strong focus on DEIB.

The candidate will design programs, manage performance processes, and mentor a growing talent development team to strengthen leadership capability across the firm.

Qualifications

• Design and execute talent development programs aligned with business goals.
• Lead leadership development, coaching, and performance management initiatives.
• Build data-driven capabilities across PST and enterprise teams.
• Develop and mentor the talent development team and foster data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding, colleague engagement, leadership development, and mentoring programs.
• Lead performance management processes for PST and coordinate with calibration committees.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to implement systems and tools supporting talent processes and data quality.
• Analyze trends, forecast capability gaps, and advise leadership on investments and priorities.
• Collaborate with recruiting, learning, finance, and talent operations to align talent initiatives with broader strategy.
• Demonstrate DEIB commitment in daily interactions.
• Coach managers on performance and team dynamics to strengthen leadership across the firm.
