Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Talent Development. You will lead the talent development strategy for the P&R Group, coordinating leadership programs, onboarding, mentorship, and development planning across the organization.

You will partner with HR, operations, and leaders to translate strategy into actionable programs, measure impact, and continuously improve experiences. You will oversee development resources, maintain playbooks and records, and ensure a standardized onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years in talent development or HR programs.
• Ability to translate needs into practical learning solutions.
• Experience partnering with leaders to set priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Travel 25–35% to support group needs.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR/learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual talent development calendar across the P&R Group.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess needs and translate findings into priorities.
• Coordinate leadership development programs, workshops and Marmon-sponsored offerings.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality participant experience across programs.
• Maintain development resources, toolkits, and learning materials.
• Support mentorship and coaching initiatives and onboarding programs.
• Provide operational support for talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning processes.
