Job summary
STS Technical Services is seeking a Talent Development Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role leads talent development strategy, workforce and leadership development, succession planning, career pathing, onboarding, training effectiveness and workforce capability initiatives for a growing manufacturing organization.
The Talent Development Manager will work with HR, Operations, Safety and executive leadership to build scalable programs that strengthen retention, readiness and long-term
Qualifications
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in talent development or related fields.
- Experience building talent development programs and processes from the ground up.
- Experience with succession planning and career pathing.
- Experience with talent management or leadership development initiatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to influence leaders across all levels and build cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent development strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Build scalable workforce development programs to support business expansion.
- Oversee onboarding, leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Develop learning frameworks, dashboards and reporting for workforce readiness.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and growth opportunities.
- Lead the Workforce Academy and associated programs.
